yellow watchman goby changed color

Hi.
I have a ywmg that i have had for a couple of years now.I came home today to a white with brown stripes goby(bleached). Nothing in the tank has changed,everybody eats well ,reg water(ro/di...newer filters..2 months old),good water chemistry...etc.Did my fish turn into a female?If so could i add another yellow guy and hopefully mate em?

My male is bright yellow and has been since he was 1/2inch long. My female is a dusky grey color with blue eyes. However, I bought them that way and I'm not sure whether they can change sex or not. If you add another watchmen watch them for awhile. My male beat up two females I put in with him. He got along fine with the third though. They will flare their jaws at each other, quite entertaining.

I dont know about the sexing of these fish but my YWG did the same thing, started out yellow and is now a brownish grey.
