Couple Questions

Couple of questions. First, how long should it take for a toadstool coral to open up completely after putting in my tank. It's been two days now and it still not completely open. It opens up a little then sucks back in again, is this normal? Second question has do to with putting fish in QT. I've got a 20g QT tank and was wondering if it's OK to put a Hipo Tang and a Midas Blennie in together?

1. from 2 or 3 days to 2 or 3 weeks. Depends on how stable you can keep the tank and when the toadstool decides to open. Really tough question to answer with any certainty.

2. Yes. Just give the blenni a place to hide. A piece of pvc or a broken clay pot would work.

Definitely give the toad some more time. It need time to acclimate to the tank and should open if the water params are good. ;)
