I have 180 gallon w/ two overflows. Tanks on 1st floor and planning to build tank room in basement. I need a pump that meets 4 things-- 1st plenty of head pressure, 2nd low wattage, 3rd low noise, 4th low price. Will need 13' vertical and 7' horizontal. Pump will be only used for return. Was thinking GEN-X PCX70HP. Open to any ideas.
