what should i do????

ok i have thid clam and i've had it about 6 months and he was doing awesome now for the past 4 days he looks like this 1)not opening all the way 2)in the corner he is completly inside the shell.i have noticed my neon goby has been going in there.i know they do eat parasites so i think him going in there is a good thing but now i dont know.i also see my 2 cleaners at the corner.i was going to do a fw dip but i figured id ask you guys first.also it is alive cause he retracts when fish go near him or if i block his light.

you might want to watch those cleaner shrimp.I have had some in the past that really irritated my clams.Just a thoght.
