Ushio 14k VS. Pheonix 14k, your thoughts?

It is time for me to purchase new bulbs and I am tempted to get the Ushio 14k's instead of going with pheonix 14k's again. What's your opinion.

Which bulb do you prefer? Is there a reason why?

I run the BLV 14000K nepturion bulbs, which are supposedly the same bulb as the Ushio, they give a very crisp white light that I prefer over the blue.

I went from phoenix to ushio 10k, and I like the ushio better. I have an HQI ballast too. Ushio is nice and white, with better representation of reds and yellows over the phoenix.

I am a XM man. Gotta go for the highest par. But I do 10k's with VHO for the actinic.

if you like the blue of the phoenix stay with that bulb. Ushios are a lot whiter

where is a good online source for ushio bulbs? I have only really boughten bulbs from hellolights.com and illuming.com in the past.

I just recently went from 14K pheonix from the coralife 10Ks and the Pheonix are too blue for me. I replaced the actinics with 50/50 and 10K PC bulbs. I'm hoping the burn in a bit whiter or I'll get used to them.
