Could someone tell me the best place to buy frag plugs? Is there a place locally? Thanks.

get some ceramic tile and cut it into 1/8ths. That is what I do.

You could also make a mold of these pretty easily and fill it with your on mix. Plenty of us have made our own rock, this would be the exact same thing.
