I just wanted to say that I have had two good selling appointments with Brad. He answers his PM's, calls and shows up when he says. I just wanted to say this because there is a lot of buying and selling and some people can make it hard and it is good to have people on here like Brad that make it easy.

I should say that both of you were good to work with, also. I've had a mixed experience, and just accept that some people are not going to behave in predictable ways. There is no single culture of how deals should be made (hold for people who express interest, risking that they will flake out and it will take longer to sell, or sell to the first person who arrives and risk offending people who thought they had dibs), but it's great when the seller makes clear the terms and keeps up with PM's or other attempts at communication.
