What are these in my Sand?

There are a bunch of these polyp or anemone looking things all over my sand. What are they and are they bad or good. They are really small, less than 1/4 inch wide.

I will post 2 pictures. The first one is just a regular picture, and the second one is zoomed in.

I don't know, but they aren't aiptasia. Trust me, I have had them for years. Its a benevolent anemone or some sort. Hope someone answers for both of us!

I have them on my rocks; i dont know what they are by they seem very harmless
