Anyone know where I can get some frag discs/ plugs locally?

Wanted to pick up some frag plugs/ discs locally tomorrow. I live in LA , anyone know where I could pick some up or anyone have some for sale?

What material is best for frag plugs? Is ceramic best?

I think anything w/a mix of argonite sand is best. The ones I sell cover in coraline in about 2-3 weeks...............
