What Powerhead do I need?

Was wondering which one I should buy. I have a 72g bow and want to put one on each end. What do you guys think?

love mine. I have two 4's in my 90 gallon. A LOT OF FLOW. Have to position strategically as they can be too much flow depending on where i put them. also, premiumaquatics has them cheaper.

Think about a tunze nanostream. They produce more flow and are smaller. More expensive for sure, but I'm becoming a fan of tunze (I just plugged in a new 6100 with single controller and it rocks).
