Definately the lighting.
My beautiful Blue Platho in my Mantis tank are brown with a blue tinge in my main reef tank.

My sump and plumbing. I have an overflow. I'd definitely drill and plumb it into a larger sump than the 29 I have now.

I would combine the contents of my two smaller tanks (55 and 75g) and put them in a big tank. I'd drill the big tank and get rid of the overflow boxes and I'd get rid of the crushed coral and use sugar fine sand. OOps I forgot, I'm in the process of doing all this now lol

I would have drilled that 7th hole in the back of my tank for the center return instead of going over the top to the front of the tank.

-Get rid of crushed coral and go with fine sand
-Get rid of chromis (only 1 left anyway) and the neon/tailspot/Hoeven's wrasse (hopefully this weekend)
-Don't get green hair or bubble algae outbreak :-)

I would have dumped my original 90 and gotten a larger, drilled tank. I hate this hang-on back overflow. Just set my tank on fire the other day because it got backed up and lost ciphon and had to go buy all new cords, timers and power-strips.

I'm also with VikeBron. I definately would not have put any xenia in my tank (no matter how pretty my wife thought it was).

I am going to re- aqua scape my tank when I get home. I have been planning it for a while but after spending the day with Sanjay yesterday, I am really convinced I need more open area. There will be a large "stock sale" because I will not be able to keep as much as I have now and be able to add what I want without getting rid of alot of stuff(including zoos).

Of the choices given, I would have started with T-5's rather than PC's & VHO's. However, since that is now done, the wish list now includes getting a bigger tank. I thought a 140 was big but I'd probably do 300-1000 gallons. My pumps would have done 1000 gallons & been on alternating switches from side to side & they would have been built in behind an overflow or something. The rock work would have been a man made base & the back wall would have been sprayed on rock. This would have held my live rock & therefore less land slides. My refugium would be a "show" refugium of 1/2 the tanks gallons. Some day :)

I would never have added dragon gobies for sand sifters. They deposit all the sand on the corals and clams on the bottom, and even up a few inches in the rockwork. I hate those things!
