Less than a week after I hooked it up my skimmer has broken in and filling the collection cup daily . I am pretty impressed .
One thing is it tells you to raise your cup for a thicker more dry foam and when I raised it I didnt get much . So I dropped it back to the bottom and this morning I had another 3/4 full cup . Looks more like brown water than the thick paste looking stuff I had w/ my old skimmer . Of coarse I only emptied it once a week .
Another thing I have noticed is since it has kicked in my PH is running about 8.4 - 8.2 up from 8.2 - 8.1 .
