Can you mesure the current on a red wire?
With a clamp meter (amp probe).
I runned 1x39/60w (36" V-HO T5 UVL) and got 1.4A, Couldn't get a voltage reading at the bulb (meter was freaking).
I think it overdrive my lamp since it's an Actinic and burb white-blue.
