new to salt lfs said that timers mess with your ballast on lights I have a 29 gal cube with the standard setup for lighting that come factory like i said im new so its a oceianic cube any advice also my annenomy cralled into a small cave is that normal

I am not aware of any issues with timers on a MH as long as the timer can handle the proper wattage. They may be confused with dimmers which will cause problems.

As far as your anemone is concerned, it is not uncommon for them to move around. What species is it?

I have timers on my stock lighting on an Oceanic 29 bio cube. Moon lights on from 9pm until 8am. Actinics on from 8am until 9 pm. Florescents on from 9am until 8pm.
