Buying 2 new 250w MH retro fixtures- any suggestions?

I need to buy 2 - 250w MH retro fixture units. Can you guys give me a suggestion of what you have that works well for you? (Ballast & fixture combo) Also suggestions of where to find them would be great.

Seeing some setups in person can help with choosing a setup. I'd go for a good reflector, like the PFO parallel, or a pendant like the Lumen Max 2 or the small Luminarc.

I think I've narrowed down my bulb choice, I'd like to here from those that may have a retro MH set-up in a hood that they have had good luck with. I plan on going with the mogul base and a quality reflector.
