lighting upgrade

I'm planning to upgrade my Outer Orbit HQI Lighting 3x150 watt 20,000k powerpaq, 4x96 watt Actinic 460/420nm total watts 834.
I'm thinking about 3x250 watt 20,000k but I do not know what kind of lamp would be best double ended HQI or mogul based. And also the actinics should I use T5 or VHO. any suggestions?

All depends on what you are keeping. You ca always use the 20,000K halides with an aquablue T5 and have a 14,000k look. I don't think you can go wrong with either but the T5 will last longer from what I under stand.
