I have 2 large ones, both around 4-5" that was given to me by my uncle. he told me that its rare and hard to find...so how mch do they actually worth and is anyone interested in one? since i have 1 in my 55 gallon and i kept the other one in my 10 gallon refugium by himself...let me know

they are the coolest fish..eating algae off my tank glass, the rocks and sand..they just eat all day...

I have no idea about price, but I'm pretty sure they are rare. On some website they were excited that they found one, and wouldn't list the price, you had to call. Usually that means that the fish is pretty expensive.

I have no idea about that fish, but if it is rare, you are getting taken......I would do some more research first before you sell.

Are you already selling it, or just offering it? I think you could get more for it, but its up to you as to what you want for it. If its to a friend, leave it, if you're offering it and will ship, pm me about the price.

Are you talking about a Yellow Watchman Goby? Don't get these confused with the pricier Blue-Dotted Jawfish.

is it this fish? (pic link to the aquarium city website)

if so, the average price i have seen for the fish is $35-45. the fish comes in very sporadically, but i would not call the fish rare, just a little harder to come by than the average blenny.

This is the fish anthony is referring too......

I've had mine for almost 2 years now, grown from a 1/2" tiny baby, now a lil over 4" and fat as ever. I love this guy!

Here are two pictures of the lil dude...

Not that rare...just not common...haha...if that makes sense.

Can range from $20 - $40, depending on where you buy it from.

rare is not the adjective i'd use. seasonal would be a better fit.

$30 tops locally.

No wonder I didn't recognize the species, adults are usually a dark brown color aren't they? With a yellow tail and a stripe across the dorsal fin?
Thanks hcs-Think I'll try to order some...tampa reefers might like those... :D
