Hammer Question

Hi All

I have a wall hammer it seems to be doing well. It stays fully open most of the time and has a lot of sweepers. My question is I am starting to get algae growing on it's skeleton will this hurt it and if so how do I stop it.

No it shouldn't hurt it, but I'd still try to get rid of it with good tank care.
