best external pump

i am setting up a 120 oceanic tech tank with a 50 gal sump what is the best size and brand external pump for this

look up reeflo pumps. The guys over there are really good at helping size pumps.

I am using a Dolphin Ampmaster 3000 on my 120. I use it for the return and my chiller. Love it!

ReefFlos are pretty large though, and many like the Dart are better made for low-pressure, high-flow applications (as in a closed loop). They lose alot of throughput when you use them as a sump return.

I would suggest the PAN WORLD 40PX, maybe the 50. A low wattage pump that does a few hundred gph (all you need through a sump), and has a great pressure curve.
