Gus - As you probably already figured out none of the HD's around here carry the LOA. Last year I was able to get the HD down here on 22nd to order them from a store in SC. SKU #343177 LOA Model #9266 is the info you will need when you go to the special services desk. Might help to also go to the HD web site and punch in some different zip codes and find a HD store that stocks it. I punched in some zips from SC last year and found a store up there that had them. If you give them a store number and the sku and the model number they can't turn you down.

Now, on a better note....if you want one right now the Walmart here on Tyrone has one left. It is the 9066 and they call it a worklight. It is white, as opposed to the brown 9266, but it is already wired for power and good to go. $24.96 is the price. I think I have found them at the Walmart over at 590 and US19 also.

Just so you guys know, the home depot i'm working at is carrying LOA lights again... the 65W one is a nice blue color... anyone know if they're using a different bulb now?

NIck - Interesting about the color of the light. I had not heard of them changing the bulb, but they just might have. BTW, does your store carry just the replacement bulbs? If so let me know the sku and store number and price so I can get some sent down here.

my gf and i went and checked out the HD loas tonight... I still think they're bluer, but she thinks they're the same color... too bad I don't have the money or patience to buy both :)

We do have the replacement bulbs, I'll try and remember to jot down the sku tomorrow for you... Aug 4th is 10% off employee day so I can buy quite a few and send them to you depending on how many you want?

Mako,
Went to the Walmart in Tyrone. All they had there was the LOA model 9065 (worklight) They had no record of carrying the 9066. I'll check out the Uper Walmart on US19 during lunch. I'll let you know if they have any more there...

Gus - That one they had on Tyrone is the one. I wasnt aware it was the 9065. It's the one you want though. At least it is two of the 4 I am using now and I see no difference in the ballast and bulbs used.
