I was wondering if anyone knows any free software that would enable me to watch DVD movies on my computer. I have WinDVD that came with the purchase of my current laptop. I cannot install this software on my desktop because it is a non-HP computer. So, are there any free DVD players out there?

I highly highly recommend VLC player. It literally plays every video format I've come across and the best thing is no more downloading codecs. Ever. It's great.
