Phishy Business has donated a $100 gift certificate for anything in the store for our next multi month raffle. For every ticket that you buy, $0.50 goes into the CORA bank account, and $0.50 goes BACK INTO THE RAFFLE!!!

If this is anywhere near as big as our wavebox raffle, that gift certificate could end up being worth $500. We'll see - there are no guarantees, but we'll regularly post the value of the certificate.

As with the previous raffle, 10 tickets will be drawn at the end of each month, and the winners get an extra free ticket in the raffle (in addition to putting their original ticket back in).

There is a slight delay between when Chris gets the paypal and verifies membership and when He passes it on to me so it is possible that it could be higher. With sooooo many tickets sold it just seems to be ashame to blow the entire waad on one drawing. I want to give everyone else a chance to win something after I'm drawn for the grand prize.

actually it would be 455.50 but yes the receives the same amount as the GC minus the initial hundo Phishy donated.

tickets will be available at the meeting on the 19th. You can get them before the presentation and for a short time afterwards. The Paypal link will be taken down sometime on Thursday to ensure we can get everyone's tickets in.

I saw the wavebox set up at Phishy's today, it was pretty awesome. Made me wish I was one of those fish in there!

I did pick up a Canary Wrasse today, pretty cool: eating good, poking around good.

I'm diasappointed that I missed the meeting yesterday, I <i>had</i> to go to the Reds/Indians game: Club seats and all :-)
