I am sure this has been asked before but I have been unable to find a thread with the info I am looking for. Are all Ph monitors created equally? Is there one brand that maintains calibration longer than others? Resists interference better? Any feed back is greatly appreciated.

The main points to look for are the ability to calibrate with two points (not 1) and the ability to read to 0.01 pH unit.

To some extent you get what you pay for, but you do not need high precision or accuracy for a reef aquarium.

There are many quality brands, and some meters from these brands that I'd avoid for the reasons listed above. Oakton, Milwaukee, and American Marine/Pinpoint, although the later does sometimes suffer electrical interference from lighting systems with excessive electrical emissions.
