Most of the stuff is less than 2 years old. It will be 2 years in March

$1,000 for everything!

Custom designed hood with parallel reflectors and 4 Fans
I just took out the Icecap ballasts to use in the new tank, I have left the halide reflectors and VHO setup intact.

Custom stand, way overbuilt, huge opening up front for sump access. It can hold up to a standard 90 gallon. Measures about 33" inches tall by 50" wide X 20" deep, will accomodate tanks with a 48" X 18" footprint. Doors have handles and nice hinges. Also on the doors are wire racks for supplements, food, test kits, etc. The racks are plastic covered wire to prevent rust.
Painted inside with 5 coats of epoxy, sealed completely before painting with 3 tubes of 100% silicone. Stand is COMPLETELY water tight. See pics below.

GFI electrical system in the stand, and surge protectors mounted up high to prevent water shocks. Also in the stand is a commercial grade driveway light with photosensor, so when lights in the tank turns on, it turns off (works better if you have barebottom), will throw in the two heavy duty manual electronic timers (one for the VHO's, one for the moonlights)

AGA 75 gallon RR tank, minute scratches at bottom of tank from cleaning, otherwise 99.5% perfect. "widened" overflow teeth to accomodate more flow. Dual dursos for return. Back was not painted, I use a black backdrop. Included with tank.

Return manifold with 6 locline returns for flow (4 with valves). Has completely breakable tubing for total maintainance. Ball valves everywhere for complete water control. There is also a 1" clear PVC checkvalve to prevent back siphoning. Part of the return pipe is a ball valve for a pressure feed for an accessory. This was my return line to my frag tank.

Iwaki MDRLT20 (Japanese motor) return pump, elevated in case of floods or accidents. VERY quiet and energy efficient (45 watts)

20 gallon drilled tank as sump, partitioned with 2 bubble traps. No bubbles whatsoever if kept under 600 Gallons per hour. First chamber is a covered refugium (I was gonna keep macro, but decided not to). Cover prevents splashing and salt creep. Works extremely well, I wipe off the salt creep every month, sometimes two.

Sump fan mounted high up to allow easy access and directed cooling just in case it is needed.

SKIMMER AND REACTOR NOT INCLUDED

55 gallon mixing drum with Plywood base and casters (just finished building this yesterday for better mobility.

I want to sell this thing as a whole setup, as it is 90% complete. The only thing you would need is a Protein skimmer, Halide ballasts and maybe a Calcium reactor (but not necessary).

I am upgrading to a longer tank and would like one trip out of the condo. In the event that no one buys this setup, I MAY be willing to part out, but that defeats the purpose of all the equipment working together harmoniously as they are meant to be used together since there are quite a few custom integrated pieces.

A frag of ALL my corals will also go to the buyer (as soon as the tank is re-established), and some odds and ends like a Mag 5 (for mixing salt water), a Heater, Salifert test kits, and a few pounds of left over Liverock and "fresh" DIY Aragocrete rocks (cured for 5 months-about 50 lbs worth)

Thanks for looking!!!

FOR A TIMELINE, PLEASE LOOK HERE- ALL THE WORK WAS DONE BY MYSELF.

More pics of the stand...

The paint is Flat black, that's why it looks dull. I originally didn't want the stand to be shiny, hence the flat.

A few people who contacted me haven't replied back-

Still up for grabs! Started cleaning out the sump yesterday, wiped down the stand. I'm cleaning out all the coralline today, hopefully that's not too much of a pain.

As mentioned, I took out the E-Ballasts and am keeping the XM's. I do have a set of 8-9 month old 250watters (10K's) that I can leave with the setup-

I'm reducing the price to $900 for a quick sale, I'd love to keep it, but I have no room- please pickup ASAP, it's killing my dining room space!!!!!!

Thanks!
