I had a problem with my ballast, sent it to PFO, and they fixed it. I had to get new bulbs as the ballast caused them to explode. Hamilton was very helpful, and sent me new bulbs, since PFO wouldn't help me out at all. I got the new bulbs yesterday, installed them, and only one will work. I figured the ballast was still screwed up, but both sides will fire the bulb that works. My question is.....When the ballast malfunctioned, could it have messed up something in the pendant, and that is what is causing the bulb not to work? Any help is appreciated, as yesterday was 3 WEEKS without my halides. Thanks in advance.

The only thing in the pendant are wires and contacts. Make sure the metal contacts on the pendant are clean. A small fine file or sandpaper can clean off the oxidation caused by arcing. also make sure the contacts fit the bulb. My PFO pendant contacts are adjustable to fit variations in bulbs. Dont touch the bulbs without clean gloves.
