Just a question....Why do you feel the need to dose the tank with that stuff? Are you lacking in some trace elements that you feel you need to replace? the reason I ask is becasue I have had many nanos set up in the past and never once had to dose anything. The tanks were perfectly healthy. Everyone has a different opinion and I do not think you are right or wrong for doing it. I am just curious as to why you feel you have to dose the tank so often. My personal opinion is the less chemicals you have to put into a tank the better. It's a different story if you are lacking something and it is affecting your livestock. But to dose a tank "just because" I feel is either a waste of money or a disaster waiting to happen. Again, I'm not saying you are wrong but I am very curious as to why. Maybe I'm missing out on something. Heres a pic of my last 12 g nano and also a pic of my latest 12g that is just getting underway.

I agree with Sulp. I don't dose my 30 gal; I just let the salt in the waterchanges provide the elements. Some things work for others though. Here's my 30 gal. Have a good one! :)
