outer Orbit MH/PC 560w or MH/T5 529w

I am about to pull the trigger on one of these setups...the T5 setup will cost about $100 more but is it really better....Which road would u guys take? i don't want the $$ to be the deciding factor but quality and effectiveness. oh yeah, and I mostly just have soft and hard corals....
