I clean my glass with a magnet everyday.
But I am getting some harder green brown stuff that is not being removed.

I was looking at the Kent Pro type

Are these any good?

My tank is glass

the kent pro is the whip. it's got that nice neoprene handle and the stainless blade dosn't rust at all IME.

A plain ole' razor works great on glass.

Is the kent model with the long handle seem ok?
Or should I just get the hand used one.

Plain ole' razor blades rust.
And I would need to buy a holder for it anyway, which are metal and rust.
Not sure it is a good idea to keep adding a rusty blade and holder to the tank...

i like the kent scrapers. if you have a 120 i woudl def buy the one with the long handle as it will cut down on the wet sleaves ;) I've just got the little guy but my tank is only 18" deep.

I just bought one of these from Ocean Motion and it works great. I take it out of the tank when I'm not using it and a box of 100 blades only cost me $7.00. I also have one of the kent scrapers and on a large tank my arm kind of gets tired after a while.

Razors work great definitely. I just wipe it off real good when I'm through to get more use out of it. I don't use a holder that would rust, I just use my hands but I don't know if your tank is small enough for that.

with the kent scrapper......skip the handle if your live rock is close to the glass. in my case using the handle caused me to knock over and dispupt live rock and corals.
