How do I know if worms are bad?

I seem to have some worms in my tank and as in a previous post am having trouble with my anenomes. I am curious if someone can tell me if the wormlike stuff growing on my rock is bad or not? Are there worms that can hurt anenomes?

Can you get a close up shot?

Its kinda hard to see.

If your camera has a 'macro' setting, take it with that. Helps with close up shots.
