Algae id ?

What is this and how can I get rid of it ? My tank is about 5 years old now. I do run a remora pro skimmer and have a fuge also. Is this Cyano ?

Ammonia - 0
Phosphates - 0
Nitrates - 10

It's not cyno bacteria, that's red. I would have said hair algea, but it's not covering the rocks, only the sand. Could be some other kind of bacterial infection.

With your phosphates @ 0 and nitrate only at 10, I don't believe it's an algea. But, I've not had it so don't take that to the bank.

Actually it is covering a couple rocks but it initally grew on the sandbed.
