I have 2 ARO as220 ballast's for sale. $30 each plus shipping. They will run 2 X 110 VHO's each. I upgraded and no longer need. They are 5 months old and each come with a grounded power cord. I accept Paypal Only..

60 shipped and you have a deal. Priority mail flat rate box is like 8.5X11X5.5 for 8.10 they'd probably both fit in there.
