Kent AquaDose 5 gallon?

Has anyone used this or the other Aquadose products offered by Kent. Im looking for a way for topoff. Could I use that just to keep my waterlvl constant? What do you guys think about this product for topoffs?

You could use that.

Make a drip that equals the rate of evap and it will do the job!

I was going to rig some DIY top-off/doser when I had my nano...but my jimmy-rigged equipment NEVER works. SO I bought one of these and it works great.

Thanks for the quick responses.
I think I will get one. How much do you drip a day? about 8 oz? How long does it last for you?

I was using it to drip Kalk. and set the drip about 1 per second. I filled it around half full each night and it would be empty by morning...only used it about 3 times before I tore the tank down. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Too many factors to determine the drip rate. Your water temp, your lighting, ventilation, AC in the room. You just have to set it up on a day that you are going to be around so you can keep a close eye on it and adjust it if it is too fast or to slow.
