WTB 40 Breeder

Okay... I decided the tank I want... and now im looking for it. If you have a 40 breeder in good condition (no scratches on the front glass, or sides) then shoot me a PM. I had worked out a deal with someone on here who is now not returning PM's. I just want to see if anyone has one in good condition before i go drop $80 on a new one.
Thanks everyone.

Hey where are you finding one for 80$??? My boyfriend is looking for one and the cheapest we have found is 89.99. Sorry that this doesn't help you too much. Thanks!

Yes, where are 40 gallon breeders for $80.00? I need to start thinking about building a sump.

I got one at Chicago aquatics for $85 a few weeks ago. He had to order it for me but if you call the day before you go I think he can get it next day.

well this is no help... lol. Pet Supplies "Plus" has them on sale until the end of the month for 79.99. Now... it might not be the best idea to call and ask if they carry "40 breeder fish tanks" because they wont have the smallest clue what the **** youre talking about. I had to say "a turtle tank without the side glass cut" then they understood. lol

I'm in Indiana now and have seen commercials for a lfs in indy (uncle bills) have a dollar per gallon sale. If they still have it and have a 40b in stock I might be able to get down and pick it up.

I'm back in the sw side at least twice a month (probably this weekend). If you tossed me $10 bucks for gas I could work it out.

look for my milo's fish house update thread from last week

$.50/gallon - I think he had 40's left - Not bad tanks, especially if you're just building sumps

For what its worth, I just ordered a 40 long (48x13x16) for $100.00 from Coral Reef. It should make a decent sized sump/refuge for a 6 foot long tank.
