leather polyps turning white

My leather's polyps turned white the other day. It does not seem to be as healthy as it used to be. It is on the bottom of my 75 gallon, and I have four t5 ho bulbs on my tank. What's the deal?

along with reefer's question, what are all the water params? Something could be out of line somewhere..
