The first two are Discoma sp. and the second one looks like some sort of Ricodhis species... not sure on which one but im sure someone else will jump in here.

Thank you icy1155 for the feedback. I bought this Fiji liverock about 9 months ago. And it was a bonus that they had some mushrooms on them. As I was planning a FOWLR setup. The top rock in picture #1 had only 1 small mushroom before and about two months ago it created about 5 more, which was exicting.
