new setup..lighting question

Hello all
i just set up a 40 gallon long and i'm using the american current orbit lights the 4x65 PC's
my question is if i look into the hood it looks like only one side of each PC is lit. is this normal? I have 2 day lights and 2 atinics.

you know how the PC bulbs are split?...well only one side looks lit..i've tried to typw this 2x now so it might make sense..lol
does anyone know what i'm talking about?

thanks
egg

Eggman - on my bulb, I have the same thing. There are two type of actinic bulbs. One of the atinic bulbs looks almost "burnt out." I called both the manuafacturer and vendor about this and they told me it's normal. However, I also have lights with a difference type of atinic bulb, and it's bright - but not as bright as the white bulb.
