UFO. Cacoon type thing in my tank

I found this thing on my live rock that looks like a cacoon for a silk worm, with a hole in the middle .

Does anyobdy know what i might be?

There are some opaque-looking tunicates that live in some tanks (aroun d 1/2 in to 2 in) That could be what you are looking at. THey are whitish and cylindricall with a hole in the top

I would guess you are looking at a scypha sponge. Do a google image search and you should find tons of matches.

It sounds like a ton-da-kit I dont know how to spell it. Any way if it is they mainly grow on live rock they are usally white tan or a light brown. They are a filter feeder yet harmless.
