Moving Slowly - Next step!

I have put 100 pounds dead rock, 60 pounds Fiji cured LR, and 60 pounds Marshall Island uncured LR in tank. I know I will have a cycle take place. However, do I need to add any cleaning crew to tank yet or do I wait untill after the cycle takes place?

Thanks
Jim Mc
