Black and White Clown breeding?

What size should the male and female should be for breeding and if a flower pot would be good enough for them to lay their eggs in?

Big enough to lay eggs and they will lay in a flower pot or on a tile.

Female is usually 1.5 inches.

Your size is more than adequate and you would use a 6 inch terracotta pot. About $1 at Lowes or Home Depot.

How long will it take for them to breed at about that size and the fggs to hatch? Also, when should I feed the rotifers to the young?
Right away or wait a day or so?

I suggest you read "Clownfishes" by WIlkerson. She addresses all of the questions you currently have and will have in the future.
