baby octopus

My octopus had attached what looked like an egg to the top of her den (the bag she came home in ) and the egg hatched two days ago. I found the baby in the filter and thought it was a slug. But to my surprise it was the baby octo which I quickly returned to the tank. I have secured the baby octo in a net cage complete with her own fake coral rock. She is swimming around and exploring. I am trying to hatch brine shrimp in another aquarium but am not sure I am doing it correctly. If I can grab a picture of the baby I will try, but I haven't had any luck with clarity in the picture department. Any advise on how to keep this little one alive and thriving?? The mom is still eating regularly, but is STILL IN THE BAG!!!
