I need picture contributions!

Hi everyone,

My name is Kelly Maers and I will be the speaker for the NCPARS fragswap next weekend, on March 24th. I'm giving a presentation on LPS corals and I am trying to find really nice pictures to put in my presentation. Last time I requested photos, over 100 RC members donated their pictures for my presentation use. If you would like to see it, just click on my red house above.

Usually I always send every person a copy of the presentation so you can see how your photo was used, and at the end you do recieve photo credits. You can place your name on your photo, but I do not have the abilities to do so, so that's up to you.

If you have some LPS photos that are clear and nice quality that you would like to contribute to the presentation, it would be great! I'm looking for any Euphyllia, Blastomussa, Acanthastrea, Micromussa, etc. Also, if you have any fragging pictures or pictures from infections, that would be great also.

I always really appreciate all of your support, and presentations are always that much better with great pictures!

Thank you for all of your help!

Kelly

Hiya Kelly,

Go to this link -

http://www.goniopora.org/forum/index.php?topic=82.0

It's the thread of my Goniopora eclipsensis, which is rarely seen in captivity. It contracted Brown Jelly shortly after I acquired it, and was melting away. John Kelley, the owner of the site, helped me to cure it. There's several decent photos of the coral and it's infection there if you're interested.

I have a couple, I don't know if the quality is good enough, but you're welcome to use them if it is!

This is my blasto merletti colony
The centers are a bright green, but I can't seem to get the color right on my pics.

Here is my euphyllia, it appears to be E. cristata, it took me a while to realize it didn't look like all the other hammers out there!

These are thumbnails and can be clicked on for a bigger pic.

Good luck with your presentation!
