Amphipod diet

Hi Ron,

If one wanted to raise amphipods in an isolated culture what would suggest for food?

Hi Bill,

I would start with a pinch or two of good flake food.

You should be able to see if they take it, if so go for it.

I have seen 3, maybe 4 species of amphipods in my tanks, and I presume there are more found throughout reef aquariumdom, and at least one species is carnivorus, so you may have to vary the diet a bit for good results.

Good luck
