PFO 250watt Metal Halides f/s

Well, you may have seen this about a week ago, and it's back. Turns out the guy who said he'd buy them didnt have enough money when he showed up at my house, but paid for the sockets/reflectors and said he'd be back for the ballasts. I havnt been able to contact him, so they're back:

1 dual 250watt PFO metal halide ballast
1 single 250watt PFO metal halide ballast

used for less than a year, look and operate as if they were brand new

$300 + shipping

Would you sell the dual ballast separate? If not, I would need a week to come up with the money for both. Just bought a few fixtures and need the ballast. Also, what would shipping be to NY Zip 11795 for both?
