Looking to trade 29 gallon tank with lighting for SPS (Clearwater, FL)

I have a 29 gallon tank with the standard lighting. It was used as a refugium for about 6 months. I recently broke it down. It even comes with a lot of Florida Keys sand (about 8 inches worth) which is no longer live due to the fact that it's dried out.

I would love to trade this setup for some SPS frags.

Obviously this will have to be a local trade, as shipping the tank would not be cost effective.
