lps fell on mantle and now holes

My T. Crocea had a 1.5" plate fall on the mantle. It now has 3 holes about 3/8" thick. Will it heal? I don't normally suppliment feed with phyto and I have had it for about 1.5 years.

It seems to makes its normal open/close movements and it is open wide as it normally is. No behavior changes that I notice.
