$80 dollars worth it for a pair of tailspots?

LiveAquaria is selling a pair of tailspot blennis and was wondering if $80 is worth the two? If not, how do you sex them?

I usually see them online for $30 each, but if they are a mated pair it is probably worth it. I have never been a big fan of shipping fish though. I like to see fish swim around the tank and if possible watcht them eat before spending my hard earned cash.
