Talking Pick for me!

I want to start a 29 gallon nano but dont know what light fixture would be the most benifical. Would the MH get to warm and would i need a chiler becuse of it. Would the t5 be enought light to keep whatever i'd like. Here are my choices.

1. "Coralife aqualight pro" 150watt MH, 2 65watt pc, 2 moonlights.

2. "Nova extreme" 4 24watt T5, 2 moonlights.

I don't know about either of those, but I had a Current 150 MH 2x65w pc on my 30 gal a while back and I loved it.

I wouldn't even consider the Nova Extreme, if you go with T5's you need to find something that has individual reflectors like the Tek unit.
