I got my DIY Kalk Reactor done! :)

Well it might not be pretty but it looks like its gonna work. Thanks to Bruce for the media reactor. I drilled the reactor and added the uniseals and 1/2" pvc (thanks Mike for the tips).

I have it leak testing right now. Here are some pics.




I was going to do the glue directly to PVC but it just made me nervous since I'm away a lot. So far no leaks and the MJ400 seems like the appropriate amount of flow.

I should be getting my dosing pump sometime this week. I've got my phosban reactor online now as well so I'm hoping that between the phosban and the kalk I will see some improvements.
