Can micros sting each other?

It's getting crowded in the cube and I want to place some micros next to each other. Can different colored micros touch each other or will they sting? I'd rather ask a simple question than take an expensive chance. Thanks.

It depends on the micro. You will have to investigate them closely to find out. Luckily, I have the expertise to tell killer micros from pacifist micros. I suggest that you send them directly to me for investigation.

I had the impression that micros like more light than acans, which miight help keep them separated.

Well everything survived overnight, so my reaquascaping may have been a sucess. I probably have 1"between the micros, they are not stacked together. I have a few acan lords as well, and they are about 3" away. I will watch them closely at night to see if the sweepers are long. Thanks.

I have had acan lords touch micros with no problem. it is the other acans (particularly echinata) that are the real killers
