Poll: What camera do you use?

I may have misrepresented some camera bodies. If so I apologize, and please out the mistakes. This is a general survey with what I perceive to be the most popular cameras today.

Canon xxD means (D30, D60, 10D, 20D, 20Da, 30D, 40D)
Against my better judgment I lumped the Canon 1D and 1Ds cameras together. My knowledge of other brands is thin, but I am trying to broaden my horizons. I currently shoot a Canon 40D.

out of that group, if money is no object and quality is the number one concern, The Canon 5D or the Canon 1DS series will give the best image quality. The newer high end Nikons are also very strong. For the most part however, almost all of those cameras on the list are going to give good results. The rest will come down to how the photographer uses the camera.

You forgot a couple like the Fuji FinePix S2 and S3 Pro and the S5. Wife shoots the FinePix S2 Pro and I shoot the Nikon D200.

Not that any of that matters. Body is nice but glass is so much more important.....to me anyway.

I agree about the lenses being the most important part. I don't have much glass, but what I do have is top notch. My 40D probably won't be around in 30 years, but my 24-70L hopefully will.

Yup. Have 3 cameras, and another one that I'm on a list for that will probably take an eternity to hit my hands.

I like my XTi. I've had it a few months and am just starting to get a few lenses in my collection (enjoy using the f2.8 100mm macro).

Just vote for the one you love/use the most. This should help all those people saying "what camera does everyone use". So far the rebel series looks appealing by popular vote. I agree Pentax makes a very competitive product and should have been included. I don't think I can add them to the poll (or anything else). If there is some way I can the Pentax lineup let me know...or if a bored moderator feels like doing it. At first I intended to include point and shoots...such as the power shot series. In reality the vast number of them would demand their own poll...or three! I agree the S80 is an excellent camera though.
